Manufacturing system,proven capability.

From fabric to despatch — how NJ Safety builds, where it serves, and the certifications that back it. Values, system, industries, and recent proof on one page.

— Core Values / 5 Principles

Thirty-four years in one field,
five standards.

Innovation · Quality · Safety · Trust · Expertise

INNOVATION

Material & Design

We develop high-performance aramid fabrics in-house and feed industry-specific site data back into patterns and trims, redesigning each season from the ground up.

02 / 05

QUALITY

Certification & Testing

Every fabric lot and finished garment is verified by our in-house lab and accredited third-party labs. Proof is delivered in NFPA 2112, HRC2 and Arc Flash test results.

03 / 05

SAFETY

Worker First

The garment is measured against a life, not a look. Every design decision is checked against one question: does this make protection stronger?

04 / 05

TRUST

34 Years, One Field

We do not chase trends. Thirty-four years on the same ground, doing the same work, is what has earned the trust of KEPCO, SK and LG-affiliated sites.

05 / 05

EXPERTISE

Single-Category Focus

We have not branched out. Flame-resistant industrial safety wear — every resource and every hour goes to that one category.

— One-Stop System / Fabric → Field

From fabric to despatch,
fully integrated.

4 Stages · In-House Managed
STEP 01

FR Fabric R&D

Fabric R&D

Aramid blend ratios, antistatic yarn content, mesh ventilation structure — we engineer at the fabric stage.

STEP 02

Pattern & Design

Pattern & Design

Work-motion data gathered on site feeds directly into patterns and trim placement. Our in-house design team owns every season.

STEP 03

In-House Production

In-House Production

Sewing and inspection happen at our own Korean plant. With no outsourcing, quality stays consistent and feedback stays fast.

STEP 04

QC · Ship · A/S

QC · Ship · A/S

Before despatch, in-house QC confirms test reports. After despatch, A/S service carries the relationship forward.

Because every stage is run by us, feedback is fast and quality is consistent.

Power & Generation

Power Generation

KEPCO partner · generation utilities. FR workwear for transmission, distribution and generation-plant inspection.

02 · ELECTRIC

Electrical Works

Electrical Works

Dedicated protective wear for high-voltage transmission and live-line work where arc-flash risk is constant.

03 · PETROCHEM

Refining & Petrochemicals

Refinery & Petrochem

Turnaround and safety inspection at the Yeosu and Ulsan complexes. A line that combines antistatic protection with breathability.

04 · ENERGY

Energy & Gas

Energy & Gas

High-risk protection for gas utilities, generation plants and renewable-energy infrastructure sites.
