The Company collects only the minimum information needed to respond to quote inquiries and product consultations. • Required: company name, contact name, phone, email • Optional: attached files (drawings, specifications, evaluation documents) • Automatically collected: access IP, cookies, service usage logs
• Responding to quote inquiries • Product consultation and ordering guidance • After-sales support • Statistical analysis and service quality improvement
• Quote and consultation inquiries: one year after the response is closed • Active transaction records: retained per the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act and related regulations • If consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, data is destroyed without delay
The Company does not share users’ personal information with external parties as a rule. Exceptions are limited to lawful requests from authorities or other cases mandated by law.
