8 Questions
Bulk quotes (with a 5% additional discount) start at 50 units. OEM production (embroidery, custom patterns) starts at 100 units. Regular-supply contracts are arranged separately.
In-stock sizes ship in 5–7 business days. New production runs take 3–6 weeks; OEM production takes 6–10 weeks. Urgent schedules can often be shortened by prior arrangement.
We send per-product blend-ratio, flame-resistance and ARC test reports as PDF. NFPA 2112 UL certification is targeted for completion within 2026; we can share progress documentation in the meantime.
Stock items: 100% prepayment on order. OEM and bulk quotes can be split 30% deposit / 70% on despatch. Regular-supply contracts can be settled monthly. Tax invoices issued.
Manufacturing defects are exchanged or repaired free of charge within one year of despatch. Wear and tear repairs are quoted separately. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of despatch and only when unused.
